I wanted to pass on a thank you: The thank you is for Jim, the head maintenance person on your staff. He came to our rescue last week when our air conditioning was out. He pro-actively stated the need for a second opinion on our unit, and his person that came out had it fixed within two hours. The problem boiled down to a very dirty coil, which apparently had not been taken care of (with whom our maintenance agreement was with). Anyway, Jim's calm demeanor and level headed thinking helped us out during a very stressful 24 hours last week. And he also delivered two fans that afternoon to help us cool off!
