James Dixon, Leasing/Special Projects

James leads the leasing department and handles the majority of interactions between Tebo Development and prospective tenants. A member of Tebo Development Company since late 2006, James is also involved in project planning, construction coordination, special events, and special projects. James holds a degree from the University of Colorado in Architecture.

Melody Harris, Receptionist

Melody has coordinated the front office of Tebo Development Company since being hired in October of 2008.

Carrie Hostetter, Accounting

Carrie has been employed at Tebo Development since September of 2007. She handles the accounts payable in the Tebo Development Company accounting department.

Louisa Hudson, Accounting

Louisa has been working in Tebo Development Company's accounting department since 2006.

Jim McCormick, Property Manager

Jim has been the Property Manager for Tebo Development Company since 1999. He holds a Colorado Real Estate License and a Real Property Administrator designation from the Business Owners & Managers Association.

 

 

Dawnna Ankenbrandt, Administrative Assistant

Dawnna was hired in 2008 as Stephen Tebo's Assistant. Dawnna helps with leasing, marketing, public relations, and administrative work. In her free time she likes playing with her two yellow labs and gardening.

Nancy Wirth CPA, Controller

As the Controller, I oversee the financial operations of Tebo Development Company and affiliate companies. I have specialized in real estate for 14 years and been with Tebo Development Company since June 2004. I love the energy of the business.

 

Graham Silver, Leasing

Graham graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Architecture. He has been with the Leasing department since January of 2011, handling a variety of tasks within the company. Graham is a skilled fisherman and is passionate about exotic foods and space.
